The Top Five Things That Every Parent Should Know
As a parent of two young children ages seven and ten I have learned through painful experience that there are things every parent should know, so I decided to write down the top five things every parent should know here.
The list of things that every parent should know is in the order of importance as I have come to learn them. My seven year old son has taught me to always know where my kids are at, if you don’t know where they are it could be a liability waiting to happen. This brings us to the second thing, what are they doing? Amazingly you would think if the kids aren’t making any sound, they aren’t making any trouble, think again silence could be a warning sign that they are getting into trouble.
Third thing to know is how are their grades in school? Depending on your kids grades and how well they are doing in school, should compel parents to know who their children’s friends are. Often time’s bad grades reflect bad friend choices. The last and most concerning thing to me that every parent should know is, are they being bullied at school or in your neighborhood.
